We will start by scheduling a free 15 minute phone call (for individuals) or video call (for couples). This will give us a chance to talk about what you want to focus on in therapy. I will also be happy to answer any questions you may have for me.
I offer sessions both virtually and in-person. My primary office is located in West Seattle, in the Gatewood neighborhood. I also see clients at 927 N. Northlake Way, Suite 220, in Fremont.
My fee is $160 for a 50-minute individual session, and $175 for a 50-minute couples session. I am able to negotiate my fee for people with financial constraints.
I am currently in-network with Premera, Lifewise, First Choice Health, Regence, and Kaiser PPO. For all other insurance networks, I can provide you with monthly billing statements that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that not all insurance plans cover out-of-network providers. Your plan may also require you to meet an out-of-pocket deductible before it starts reimbursing for therapy sessions.
