A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

I offer sessions both virtually and in-person. My primary office is located in West Seattle, in the Gatewood neighborhood. I also see clients at 927 N. Northlake Way, Suite 220, in the Fremont neighborhood.

My fee is $145 for a 50-minute therapy session. For people who have financial constraints, I can sometimes offer a reduced fee.

I am currently in-network with Premera, Lifewise, First Choice Health, Regence, and Kaiser PPO. For all other insurance networks, I can provide you with monthly billing statements that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that not all insurance plans cover out-of-network providers. Your plan may also require you to meet an out-of-pocket deductible before it starts reimbursing for therapy sessions.
